and I see some of the same things I saw in 1983: large classes, low pay, and an achievement gap that should not even EXIST! I am a lifelong educator. Our schools are trying hard, but are overrated in a vastly underpaying state.
EACH ADMINISTRATOR SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO TEACH ONE CLASS EACH TERM.
Result: smaller classes and administrators who KNOW the students!
